There are a lot of products out there that are seemingly the same but vary in price in the meat industry. Mission Meats believes in providing the best product at a reasonable price, specializing in better grown and raised products, and as locally grown as we can get.

Carmen Creek Bison

All our Bison comes from Carmen Creek Gourmet Meats formerly known as Grand Prairie Bison. Carmen Creek is dedicated to providing the best quality product available. All our Bison is free range, non-medicated and are harvested at a tender age of 20 to 30 months. The Bison, prior to going to market, are grain fed a barley feed, which is grown by the company; this ensures a tastier healthier and leaner red meat alternative to beef.

FarmFed Poultry

Farm Fed products come from high quality birds grown by local poultry farmers in the Fraser Valley. The birds are free run, non-medicated and are raised on a wheat based diet. Free run means that the birds are given the freedom to wander around an enclosed barn. Farm Fed provides us with all of our chicken and some of our turkey products.
